We cover the technicalities of different types of runs and how we incorporate them into our training- Tempo Runs, Hill Runs, Fartlek, Intervals/ Mile Repeats & Heart Rate Training.  

We talk about one of the most common misconceptions runners have- that you must always go all out.  If you want to speed up, you must first slow down.  Building endurance is a gradual process- you have to trust the process and put in the work.
