When Elena Rodriguez returned to Dayton, Oregon to help out with the vineyard her father had planted, she took on hard work, sleepless nights, and continuous self-education. Along the way, the universe put people in her path who believed in her (until she did, too!) - and Alumbra Cellars was launched in 2019. Elena has used her life perspective to create a winery that approaches the work with an intention and a purpose. This includes the passion she brings to AHIVOY, a non-profit organization created to bring the power of education to the vineyard stewards of the Willamette Valley.
