Quotes
"Between 0 and 7 you learn three things: your barometer on love, your barometer on fear and your barometer on hate. If you grow up in a household where you're encouraged to try new things, obviously your fear factor is a lot less than somebody who may have grown with (...) a mother and father that lived in a warn-torn country and and are really cautious about everything"

"A couple of years ago, (...) one of my mentors (...) he said: you're all this stuff for children for another country. What are you doing for the children in Australia?"

"An indigenous person, lives in average 11 years less than a non-indigenous person in Australia. We really need to pick up the pace on trying to rectify some of the wrongs that we've done"

"I think you gain your most empathy and understanding of other people when you decide to step out of your comfort zone"
