The Illinois disciplinary authority has filed a complaint against a lawyer who was convicted of running a marijuana "grow house" in Michigan. At the time of his arrest, the police found 241 plants in his grow house.

A New Jersey lawyer was suspended for one year for his Florida cocaine conviction and his conduct in a civil suit, in which he sent lewd messages via text and social media to the wife of a couple he was representing.
