Judy Andrew’s grew up in a big family on a farm in Devon. Her background is in graphic design and she has been in the creative industry for 23 years.

In 2018 she set up her own creative agency Tickety Boo Creative after struggling to balance motherhood with her Creative Director role.

We talk about the pivotal people who encouraged our confidence and passions in childhood, and how that positively impacted us. We discuss how the pressure of keeping up with your career and being a Mother can impact confidence. Judy also shares how relocating to a new City when she was young positively impacted her confidence, and the growth that occurs because of that big change, as well as sharing her latest project - her book.
