In this last episode, hosts Nupoor Ranade and Wilfredo Flores speak with Dr. Allison Hutchison, Senior Lecturer in the Engineering Communications Program at Cornell University. In this episode, Allison speaks about tailoring job searches, knowing what you're capable of and qualified for, using LaTeX and Overleaf for job materials, and making a website in GitHub. Allison also talks about transferring dissertation research into the work she does as Senior Lecturer, offering ways such work can take place in a job talk.
