This is part 2 of my interview with Bree Schwartz, a stay-at-home mom of two young children who in August of 2021, was depressed & overweight. Despite previous failed attempts to commit to the gym, she returned, committed this time, to make it a habit. This decision lead Bree to discover a love for powerlifting & in the 16+ last months, she has lost over 60 lbs.
