Major takeaways include: the way our brain is taught as children can lead to implicit bias - it is up to us as adults to reflect on past learnings and choose whether or not to continue to apply them - or refine them - or forget them; start with ourselves and forgive; have humor - laugh together and at ourselves; and let it ride!
