Marcus talks about his latest round of job interviews and how he kills the interview but it doesn't mean he gets the job...its all apart of the process. Cecil shares his process of rebranding himself to better support his growth as a person and what that means for him. Cecil speaks on tearing his tricep during his rock climbing journey. He is now on the road to recovery but sees the cup as half full...keeping that same positive energy. Marcus has embraced the cold showers and talks about how it has made him much more attentive.
