In this episode I discuss the idea of presentation, or representation. I’m building off of an idea of mimesis from Plato, which is an idea of representing reality. I think that the way we represent ourselves to the world is a reflection of our conceptions about our environment and how we conceive reality.

Because of this, we can sometimes suppress important parts about our personalities in order to conform to the norm.

I think we can challenge this by leaning into the things we love, and being bullish about being ourselves!
