Hi,
I’m about to say something that might shock you.
Here goes:
As Carl Jung once said, “Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.”
If someone annoys or frustrates you, it’s probably because they represent something you don’t like about yourself.
For example, if you often feel a lot of anger or frustration over what you see as other people’s ignorance, maybe your own fear of ignorance (or being perceived as ignorant or unintelligent) is the root source of your anger.
Or, if you find it very difficult to trust in other people’s good intentions, maybe it’s because you’re worried that YOU aren’t deserving of other people’s trust.
So if you’ve been finding yourself experiencing a lot of negative thoughts about the world around you lately, I encourage you to dig into that and explore what it says about you!
Chances are you will uncover a valuable opportunity to release an old story that’s been holding you back from living your best life.
To help you do that, this week I’m sharing some powerful strategies on how to shift the way you think about yourself and the world, so you can cultivate the kind of confident and success-focused mindset you need to achieve your goals and create a life you love.
