Since biblical counselors and modern psychologists approach the topic of "How People Change" from two very different and opposing worldviews, it is imperative for Christians to pursue change in the ways God prescribes in Scripture, not in the man-centered ways that secular psychologists advance. Only when God remains one's authority and guidance is sought in His inerrant and sufficient word will true, meaningful, and lasting change be accomplished in the lives of human beings.
