Having a strong value system and a strong why is like knowing your car. Before you plan a road trip, if you know what car you have, what its mileage is, how strong the make, and what kind of tires you have, will allow you to decide whether you have all the right resources to make that road trip. You need to know what's your destination, how much fuel you need, and if you need to tune up the vehicle you have or change it altogether.

Just like an organization evaluates its alignment with its value every year.  you need to sit and see how much you align with these values have you moved away from them, have you crossed a line and if you have then why did that happen
