In this episode, Dane sits down with Noah Kennedy White, one of the newest Garage Strength athletes. Noah was a thrower at the University of Pennsylvania, once earning All-American honors and winning the Ivy League title in the discus in 2017. Dane and Noah take a look back at their respective careers and discuss what things they would do differently and what they would do the same.
