In Jen's birthday episode, she talks about her transformative journey—from her career in music and as a hip-hop radio host turned Hip Hop's Healer. Having navigated her own path of finding Light amidst the darkness and experiencing her enlightenment through a Tibetan monk style of isolation, she has recently achieved a significant milestone in becoming a certified Reiki Energy Healer. Today, Jen walks the path of a Spiritual and Ascension Coach, offering wisdom and guidance while her love for music is neverending.  Funny enough, this is episode 9, nine is a number of completion.
