In this episode we sit down with Jessica Matthews, a Dairy Grazing Apprentice at Hameau Farm in Belleville, PA. Jessica talks with us about her experience being part of the Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship program offered by PASA.  She talks about what led her to this program. How the experience has changed her (she did a complete 180 from her previous career), and gives us an overview of her day to day life on the farm and what’s up and coming!
