00:01:08- John: Absolutely. Look, I guess all we do, we link home owners with real estate agents so home owners will look into sell who potentially considering selling. We offer them free information service with a free property evaluation. And of course we use real estate agents to complete that evaluation. We work with one agent per postcode. We’ve got a fairly stringent qualification process these days. And we bring agents on board. We want to know that they’re good relationship agents
