After 5 years in recruiting, both in NYC and LA, Kim joined WeWork where she was able to build out the tech recruiting function from the ground up. Getting used to being uncomfortable was key to her being successful. Kim heavily credits a teamwork mentality and strong leadership to her success of being part of a recruitment team that hired 10,000 people in less than 2 years, including 1,000 engineers.

Kim Coe is the Head of Talent at Citizen, an app that gives real-time safety alerts about incidents happening near you. Before Citizen, Kim built the team at WeWork and started her career at Talener focusing on perm and contract hires.
