Kristyna is originally from the Czech Republic.

She has a long history in the flower industry, including managing a high-end luxury flower shop in Prague and owning her own successful shop back home.

In 2012, she moved to Newfoundland for a job opportunity as a principal floral designer, and fell in love with the province, eventually opening her own shop called Newfoundland Floral Design.
