In this episode, we are very excited to be delving into international students in Canada from both a quantitative and a qualitative standpoint. With the demonstrated benefits of international students for a country's economy, we kick off the episode by overviewing Canada's 5 year plan for drawing in more international students. We are so happy to have had two wonderful guests on the show - Simone Ianniello and Nick Pandohie. Simone is an international student from Italy, and Nick is from Jamaica. Each talks about their first impressions of Canadian culture, some common misconceptions about their own home cultures, as well as some of the tips and tricks they've picked up while living abroad for school.
