The ice bar Michael was talking about in Manhattan is called Minus 5. It was apparently an extreme tourist trap and is now closed, thought it still exists in Las Vegas, so I imagine one in Texas could work too. The one in Prague looks to still be open, and still be really cool, pun intended.
