We talk about some upcoming events happening around town.  More importantly we talk about location.  Cary is located in the heart of down town garland and Kostas is located off a major road.  When you decide to choose a location its very important to do some real research.  eat at every restaurant in the area look at their price points if you can figure out their sales from a manager that is also helpful.  Some times looks can be misleading.  Opa has a ton more cars drive past it every day however Intrinsic is in a nostalgic downtown area.
