Mitch has a nice big breakfast at Matt’s Big Breakfast in Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport. He orders the French toast and samples a variety of meats, from the apple sausage to a salami scramble and the peppery thick-cut bacon. Even the butter and syrup were great at this all-around excellent meal. This is a restaurant worth getting to the airport early for (or finding one of the other Arizona locations).
