In this episode, Heather hosts her first male interviewee, Ramit.  They discuss his background, a little about their work at "The Company Who Shall Not Be Named", and his hobbies.  He also offers some advice around how to ensure your visibility in a company or organization - a challenge for a lot of folks, especially the introverts.  In regards to Ramit's hobbies, he is a foodie especially when it comes to well prepared meats in a Sous Vide, likes a good whisky, and enjoys various sports.  They also give a shout out to John from Rendition Designs who is a friend of Ramit's and helped design the logo for this podcast!
