Episode 9: My Parachute Packers And The Importance Of Them!
No one walks the path alone or overcomes the adversities without support from special people in our lives who we have to thank for being the “parachute packers,” so to speak. The ones who we have to thank for supporting us in reaching our goals and dreams, especially when the world wants us to believe that we can’t and won’t. In this episode, I highlight who I feel were my top Parachute Packers in the decade that followed my TBI diagnosis and cancer diagnosis. The special people who believed in me when I needed it most and gifted me in ways they might not have even known and in ways I didn’t fully come to appreciate until later in life. Grateful I can honor them in this way today. Whether you have had a parachute packer or have been a parachute packer to someone, I hope you are reminded by this episode how important this role is in life, in all ways! And to my Parachute Packers – THANK YOU! This episode is for you.
