What an awesome time out in the Niagara region with the @niagaraecstaticdance community.

Huge thank you to @natalinamovesyou , @copper_lighthouse , the whole support team, and all of those who brought their beautiful energy to breathe, dance, sound, and heal together.

This is why I do what I do - to help others feel more freedom, spaciousness, and connection to their true selves, each other, spirit, and the earth.
Being in service helps me feel those aspects as well.
