What a line up today! This week we explored the wonderful world of Polly’s Brew Co from Mold, North Wales. We discussed upcoming hops such as Sabro and Idaho 7 and drank some unreal beers.
Beer 1 - Mylar 6.2% IPA
Beer 2 - Transit Culture 7.2% West Coast
Beer 3 - Naive Melody 8.2% DIPA
Beer 4 - Spur 10% DHH TIPA
It was a pleasure to be joined by Arron from Polly’s this afternoon as he gave us some great insights into the brewing process behind Polly’s, the naming of beers, the breweries that inspired it all and his desert island beers!
