Do you feel stress and pressure everyday? I for sure do. It's normal. Pressures that are present in our life cause a certain amount of stress so that we can be focused and attentive. Its a way we defend ourselves from various situations. Its important to remember not to eliminate these feelings, but know how to reduce them in a healthy way.
