On my recent trip to Vancouver, I got to sit down with Priya Bates, one of our profession's most accomplished internal communication pioneers. She's currently president and founder of Inner Strength Communication based in Toronto. Priya has held a number of senior roles in business and is a leader in our profession through her ongoing volunteer work with the IABC. Priya shares some sage advice from her career journey starting in PR to finding her natural home in internal communication.
