Dr Antonina Tereshchenko currently works with the MA Education team at Brunel, but previously was Senior Research Fellow and Lecturer at the UCL Institute of Education.  In today's episode, she'll be speaking to Jeffrey on the importance of representation within the education system and explaining what can be done to increase representation.
