Welcome to episode 9 of Ohio 88 where we will discuss one of the most notorious individuals from Sandusky County, Ohio. This time, we have someone from law enforcement. The folks who are supposed to serve and protect. For this episode, we will be discussing Sheriff Kyle Overmyer.

As a quick summary; Sandusky County Sheriff Kyle Overmyer pleaded not guilty to dozens of drug and theft charges Aug. 24, 2016. The 42-year-old sheriff has refused to resign after being indicted.

We will be discussing this case a bit differently than cases in the past - you will see why once you start listening. Kyle Overmyer has since served his sentence and living his life; giving back to the community.
