Saudi Arabia's average life expectancy has increased from 66 years to 74 years in the past three decades, and the country has a young population with 70% below the age of 40. This is putting real pressure on the healthcare industry and Saudi is working hard to address the issue by building larger and more advanced hospitals.

And a recent report by Knight Frank concluded that KSA requires an additional 20,000 beds by 2035 to cope with the pace of population growth in the country.
