Shea Conley is an Oklahoma High School State Champion wrestler from Sapulpa Oklahoma. He won the State Championship in his Sophmore season and is currently helping coach wrestling at Broken Arrow High School. I first saw Shea compete in LFA and he has appeared twice on my show since then. In this first interview we got deep into some wrestling discussion in terms of Mixed Martial Arts from his vantage point.
