Episode 9 — Start with Party Rock and finish with Connection to Self
Following me SINGING OUT OF TUNE, a song it turns out I don’t know the words to…I follow my rambling thoughts into…
- Learning to live in connection with myself
I’m allowing the awareness of self denial, busyness and fear (among other things) of disconnection from self and others into my consciousness and with that realising the need to find and connectivity myself as a safe place.
- I am always with me and it’s when I feel lost triggered and disconnected that I need to be most present for myself!
- ‘How I show up in one place is how I show up everywhere.’
- Attention just because I exist!??? Me feeling safe with me! Without needing to perform or have a problem B E C A U S E if I am a problem I need to fix, this is how I treat myself and that’s how I expect others to treat me! (And im getting off on that, whattt!?)
- The only way home is to own all of myself! All of my desires, wants, interests, what I find fun!!
- I am here to be a human and experience ALL of the experiences being in a human body offers.
- When I am safe with myself, I can experience all things, all sensations because I have full permission to feel and full safety to be held and welcomed WITH AND BY MYSELF!
