Creative Youth is the biggest youth arts festival in the UK. With arts funding announcements delayed, rising costs impacting purchasing behaviours, and pressure on resources, Daniel provides a dialogue for artists and young audiences who are often an afterthought and not always a key consideration in terms of opportunities and access to arts and culture.
