This book is in my top five most impactful books for me. I hope you are encouraged and challenged in how you engage in conflict resolution. His book is divided into four sections: Glorify God, Get the log out of your own eye, Gently restore, and  Go and be reconciled. I do my best to sum up his content in 40 minutes, but you'll have to get and read the book yourself to fill in the gaps.
