The world has gotten comfortable understanding the fact that in-person seminars and gatherings are a thing of the past. We have now moved from in-person seminars to webinars and the way the speaker communicates in front of an online audience is significantly different from that of a live audience. 

Most "audience shy" people now have this online platform as their biggest weapon to express themselves and communicate more. However, since many of them lack public speaking skills they aren't able to be as good as they thought they could be.
