Melissa and Alice also discuss the differences in work culture between the US and Asia, the difficulties of working as a freelancer, and how to maintaining a healthy mind admist uncertainties.

Melissa is the podcast host of ‘hAAPI hour’, a podcast aimed at uplifting AAPI talent. With her truthful, engaging, and humorous interviews, Melissa was able to capture lots of love and attention from her listeners! After graduating college, she also directed an original cultural food pilot at Jubilee Media and was an associate producer on Wired’s video team (she is amazing! Go show her some love!)
