Jieun Lee serves as a director within an international faith-based nonprofit. In her role, she leads a team of global consultants who support partners in implementing a microfinance program. With 12 years of experience in international development work and an ordained minister, Jieun is passionate about empowering women leaders worldwide to find their authentic voices and selves in their workplace. She holds an M.Ed in international education policy and management from Vanderbilt, a Th.M, and an M.Div from Princeton Theological Seminary. Jieun, her husband Paul, and their son Ezra reside in Lancaster, PA.
