What is it like to be a Civil Procedure professor during a pandemic? Let alone a student learning to be a 1L? After repeated and strong requests from students in the fall of 2020, and in an effort to foster Dr. Mike Osterholm's "Pandemic of Kindness," Professor Franck created this podcast to offer her Section 2 students some reflections on life during a pandemic. Special thanks go to all musicians (and their recording labels), particularly Taylor Swift and Mary Mary for the fair use of their music for our educational purposes.  

This podcast focuses on the benefits that you can get from walking, including how it can help improve the efficiency of your studying. Although the episode was originally aired in 2020, you'll notice that there are themes that overlap with some of the podcasts that I created specifically for Section 2 in 2021, like the "Finding Flow" episode.
