Myron and Anna have two new games that might just do the trick. Roll Player by Thunderworks Games is a fascinating combination of cards and dice where you get to build a character and try to score the most victory points. Even if you don’t win the game you may just wind up with a character you want to use for your next D&D campaign. Both agree the game is a worthwhile add for any tabletop gamer who also loves D&D.

Meanwhile, The Climbers by Capstone Games is a 3D building block game where your goal is to build a tower and climb to the highest point. There are lots of opportunities for cooperation and heartbreak along the way. Anna describes the game as spatial reasoning Jenga, but both agree it was fun and challenging. JT makes a stop in Tom’s Coaching Corner to ask questions about Galaxy of Heroes and effective strategies for accumulating raid tokens.
