Jessica Guarnieri is a Senior Consultant for Dedicated Designs and Consulting and her focus is supporting new special education teachers as they transition from the campus to the classroom as well as special education teams needing support with challenging behaviours. Jessica has had 15+ years experience teaching in special education, training staff, as well as mentoring and coaching new teachers. She is certified by Cornell College to train Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, has been a lead teacher for her district and has been recognized as an Excellent Educator of Western New York.
