I hope your energy is high and that you’ve carved out some time for yourself to reflect, refresh, and rest as you gear up for the consecutive WINS that are waiting for you this year. The start of a new year has increasingly become my most anticipated part of the year as I practice goal setting, go inward, and allow myself to take a moment to prepare for all the conquering and achieving I plan to do.
