Today I got the chance to sit down with Rosina McAlpine, who is a visit scholar at the University of San Diego. Someone had actually mentioned that we should chat, because Rosina is currently doing research on work life balance, and we were able to have a really great conversation about research, growing up on a farm, making career decisions, changing those paths, family, kids, and finding new opportunities. We also talked about gender roles, education, negotiating within a relationship, learning, and a lot more!
