So much magic happens when you establish a “morning routine.” In our last episode, we shared how “nothing changes if nothing changes,” and this is true. You can create something new in your life by finding a little time in the morning for YOU!
In this episode, Kelly shared how starting a morning routine of gratitude helped her in the middle of her battle with depression because of her unexplained secondary infertility. During that time, she found Rachel Hollis’ journal on gratitude, and began to wake each day with gratitude for the little things that went well the day before. This helped to change her entire mindset for the day because with practice, she began to go about her day LOOKING for things to be grateful for! And then she recalled them again when she wrote them down the next morning!
Morning routines can be hard to establish, but starting your day with intentional gratitude will be the best gift you can give yourself and your family! Do this for YOU and just watch what happens!
Do you practice gratitude in your morning routine? We want to hear from you!
