The Clown and Jason Wynn team-up continues as two of Spawn's biggest foes are taking over New York, starting with the hero's old haunt - Rat City! Meanwhile Nyx is still dedicated to saving her friend's soul and it looks like she'll have to get involved with Mammon to do it.
