Krista speaks with Jeni and Sandy of Marvelous, a human-focused tech company that specializes in helping people create and sell courses and coaching programs online. As two women working in a male-dominated industry, Jeni and Sandy are blazing a trail for women-owned tech businesses. They’re constantly unpacking what it means to run a tech company from a feminist perspective, and they’re committed to doing things differently. The pair pride themselves on providing excellent customer care, taking care of their staff, and serving their community. At the moment, they’re focused on sales, growth, and scaling, after a year of rapid expansion where they’ve grown from a company of two and a half employees to a business that employs twenty-five full-time staff.
