Every time I use to open the refrigerator to drink water, I use to pick up a few sweets, just because they were lying there. ⁣

This leads to ‘conscious’ overconsumption of calories, which leads to monstrous guilt. ⁣

Get back on track. ⁣

Eliminate the trigger foods. ⁣

They are designed in such a manner so that you tend to eat more.⁣

Highly palatable. ⁣

Give out all the sweets and empty the refrigerator. ⁣

The more you see them, the more you eat. ⁣

Remember, why you started. ⁣

To change. ⁣

Never ever, ever forget that.⁣

Chase your dreams.⁣
