Episode 91: Find a Habit Tracker that Lights You Up!

In today’s episode, Sara takes a new angle on Morning Routines, as she shares something she has been using to stay focused, consistent, and motivated with her goal to exercise!  She shared her Habit Tracker and described how each day that she exercises she get to pick a different marker color and color in one box in the block letters spelling the current month!  She uses this as a way to hold herself accountable.  Here are a few highlights:

  1. Remember to find a tracker that “lights you up!”  This is key as it is more about your thoughts and feeling around the tracker than the tracker itself!

  2. Focus on ONE habit!

  3. Don’t add the stress of trying to be perfect!

  4. Celebrate even 60% complete, as an example!  Each day you did your habit is one more day than if you had chosen not to do it!  Focus on your growth and be proud of yourself!
