In today's episode, I give you the roadmap on how to achieve ANY goal.  literally, anything.  This is how I got myself through IVF, child loss, and now how I run a million-dollar business.  

1. Decide on the goal. 
2. Work toward the goal. 
3. Heal what comes up in pursuit of the goal. 
4. Pivot if needed toward the goal but don’t change the goal itself 
5. Continue to heal and grow. 
6. Arrive at the goal. 

That’s it! 

Seems easy, right? 

Then why aren’t people reaching their goals ALL THE TIME? 

Because of #3 

If you are only using mindset to work through what comes up, then you will give up when mindset won’t solve the issue. 

You need to heal at the nervous system level. 

Most of us are just healing it at the mindset level so it’s like driving with one eye open.
